Hello all readers! esterday me and Diêgo decided to make a little tour in the metro of Recife, we went to the central station and pointed a place we should go to, I choosed the most distant place I could find on the map - Cabo, so we bought our tickets and entered the metro. First we had to take the line to Curado, a dangerous favela district in Recife, but we only stayed in the station, later we went on a ver primitive train if you ask me, that shaked when it started. It was a funny interresting exerience. It took a very long time for it to start, but when it did we passed through the tropical Atlantic Forest and open beautiful fields in the sunset that came very soon after our trip started. We passed through dirty districts, al looking like favelas, we were worried about how this cabo might look like. After a long trip in the train we finally arrived. We left the station, next train to Recife center will go in more than one hour. After drinking coke in a restaurant we went to a pousada and hired a room there for one night, it was already late and the trip back to Recife would take the all night. Diego told me this place is very countryside. It is hard to believe that a so distant place with forest around and all still belong to the metropolitan area.
The room we hired is very good, with own shower and bathroom, and a tv too, for onle 45 reais, the hostel we stayed in january was 60 reais and still we didnt even have the bedroom by ourselves.
Today we went to the market place and bought new swin shorts for me, we will continue this non-planned trip to Porto de Galinhas today. Before coming to this cyber we checked one church here. I think Cabo remind me a little about what I have seen of La Paz on pictures. It is cosy, this place is okay.
This was all for todays blog, see you again, bye!
